Book a Consultation
Small businesses and nonprofits often can't do a marketing communications review because they don't have the staff, or get a third party to provide insights they might otherwise miss. Book a half-hour online consultation session and tap into the experience at Coherent Marketing.
We will address your needs, but some examples of consultation sessions have included:
- What you're doing now, what's working, what isn't
- Strategic positioning - what differentiates you from your competitors
- For nonprofits, how your digital footprint supports or gets in the way of reaching stakeholders and donors
- Website review - a quick overview of how a visitor might see it. We won't upsell our services, many times, existing websites are doing their job. But it you decide to use us, your consultation session will be deducted from the project cost.
- Marketing communications tools and the processes you follow to obtain clients - can time and efficiency improvements be made
- Search Engine Optimisation questions - there's a lot of bad information out there
- Email marketing - how do spam filters work, why lists are often poor, DMARK or DKIM records that validate your email address, and more
- Hosting plans, SSL certificates, and related issues - and what to what for
In these sessions, we will not troubleshoot website code; however we will work with you to help you find solutions if you have a technical issue.
We charge $75 an hour, but find half-hour blocks of time usually work better for our clients. The PayPal gateway alongside here is set for a half-hour session. It is also possible to schedule weekly or monthly sessions, to build competency or follow progress on goals. Some clients request we compile a plan with a to-do list or 'homework' for between sessions to improve their marketing communications.
When you book a consultation provide us with a good email address to reach you. We will email you to schedule a time that works for both of us within a few days. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours during the work week, check your spam folder, then contact us if you don't see an email from us.
Our timezone is US Eastern, but because we work with clients in Africa and on the West Coast, we are flexible.
