What information do we collect on our domains and how do we use them?
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (identifiable person). An identifiable person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, usually by reference to a name, identification number or to one or more elements specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity. The personal information that may be collected on our domain is used mainly for the management of relations with you.

Contact form
Your name, email address, IP and any other information you provide allows us to answer your request. This data is sent by email to Coherent Marketing and is stored in the servers of our mail hosting provider, our web hosting provider, and in backups.
Coherent Marketing staff and website administrators may use your email address to contact you if necessary.
Comments
This site provides the capability for visitors to comment on posts or content on this site. Commenting software is open source and local to this site and does not use a third-party platform like Discus. To combat trolling, posting a comment requires your name, email address, and IP to do so and that comment will be moderated prior to publishing by Coherent Marketing staff. When a visitor comments, the Coherent.Marketing site sends us an automated email notification. This data is stored on the Coherent Marketing site as well as the servers of our mail hosting provider, our web hosting provider, and in backups. Should the moderated comment pass scrutiny, it will be made public. At that point, your data will be publicly visible. Should you later wish to remove that comment, please use the contact form to reach us. When you do, your personal data will again be shared with us, as covered in the Contact Form paragraphs above this one.
In both instances, when a visitor emails us or comments on the site, Coherent Marketing staff and website administrators may use your email address to contact you, if necessary.
